Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lorenz Kerselaers made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Fc De Tommies got a freekick which was hit by Laurent Vissenaekens. Tommie De Winter took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Levi Van de Goor. Fc De Tommies's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Godfried Wans sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Levi Van de Goor threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Godfried Wans this time. Lorenz Kerselaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC DE ZWAAN's Harrie Van Hoyvelt got a free kick in the 10th minute. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kim Walters went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 15 minutes into the match, FC DE ZWAAN's Johannes Petermans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Levi Van de Goor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mathias Van Hoeyvelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 minutes, Lorenz Kerselaers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc De Tommies and the FC DE ZWAAN players grew even worse after the yellow card. Levi Van de Goor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Petermans in the 20th minute of play. Johannes Petermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levi Van de Goor having to interfere. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenz Kerselaers, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Mathias Van Hoeyvelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenz Kerselaers took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hendrik-Jan Raemakers. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Lorenz Kerselaers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fc De Tommies's Lorenz Kerselaers got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Fc De Tommies were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Lorenz Kerselaers received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers came out and tried to block the shot, but Lorenz Kerselaers slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 58th minute. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Kim Walters sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute Johannes Petermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levi Van de Goor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Levi Van de Goor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Van Hoeyvelt in the 70th minute of play. After 77 played minutes FC DE ZWAAN got a freekick which was hit by Vicente De Maret. After a defensive mix-up in Fc De Tommies's zone, Johannes Petermans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Levi Van de Goor came out of the goal and Johannes Petermans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Van Hoeyvelt in the 82nd minute of play forced Fc De Tommies's goalkeeper Levi Van de Goor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebbe Van Meerbeec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hendrik-Jan Raemakers having to interfere. Johannes Petermans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Levi Van de Goor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias Van Hoeyvelt's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fc De Tommies's zone, Mathias Van Hoeyvelt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Levi Van de Goor came out of the goal and Mathias Van Hoeyvelt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lorenz Kerselaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the game, Fc De Tommies's Kim Walters nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Fc De Tommies left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC DE ZWAAN.
