Hendrik-Jan Raemakers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Diepenbeek. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Callaerts's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When Billie Neys came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Club Diepenbeek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billie Neys couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Club Diepenbeek's Tijs Cuelens got a free kick in the 24th minute. Julien Schoenmaekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mathias Van Hoeyvelt in the 25th minute. Billie Neys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, Club Diepenbeek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Van Clynenbreugel to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Petermans in the 39th minute of play forced Club Diepenbeek's goalkeeper Julien Schoenmaekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC DE ZWAAN players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Diepenbeek were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Petermans made a kick off. Julien Schoenmaekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Van Hoeyvelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 61st minute, Harrie Van Halbeeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Van Hoeyvelt in the 62nd minute of play forced Club Diepenbeek's goalkeeper Julien Schoenmaekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, one of Club Diepenbeek:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Diepenbeek. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for FC DE ZWAAN. Tommie De Winter stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Julien Schoenmaekers. 1-1. Vicente De Maret kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Billie Neys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Miguel Callaerts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Diepenbeek's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Callaerts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC DE ZWAAN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Billie Neys scored to the left of an out of position Hendrik-Jan Raemakers, making the score, 1-2. If Billie Neys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tijs Cuelens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Hendrik-Jan Raemakers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathias Van Hoeyvelt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
