Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tommi Van Meerbek started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, KFC Desse 's goal looked a bit too open when Dieter Wiggers came free, but Maarten De Maesschalck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Desse 's zone, Dieter Wiggers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maarten De Maesschalck came out of the goal and Dieter Wiggers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommi Van Meerbek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Mathieux Balckmans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Henri-Patrick Torfs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maarten De Maesschalck didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 17th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. If Mathieu Stevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maarten De Maesschalck was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Dieter Wiggers capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dieter Wiggers really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieter Wiggers in the 24th minute of play forced KFC Desse 's goalkeeper Maarten De Maesschalck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dieter Wiggers struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Maarten De Maesschalck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Waulsort. The supporters of SC Waulsort booed when KFC Desse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommi Van Meerbek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 minutes KFC Desse 's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dante Moens who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Dante Moens got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maarten De Maesschalck quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind KFC Desse 's goalkeeper Maarten De Maesschalck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maarten De Maesschalck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luke Philippaerts in the 36th minute of the match. When Frank Verhofstadt fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KFC Desse 's protests and gave Frank Verhofstadt a yellow card for diving instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dieter Wiggers made a kick off. Richy Renotte hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Dieter Wiggers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Maarten De Maesschalck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dieter Wiggers scored 6-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maarten De Maesschalck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maarten De Maesschalck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathieu Stevens in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Dieter Wiggers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Maarten De Maesschalck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 66 minutes of play, SC Waulsort's Dieter Wiggers made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maarten De Maesschalck was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 70th minute, Dieter Wiggers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maarten De Maesschalck was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Dieter Wiggers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jonathan Huygens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, one of KFC Desse :s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KFC Desse . When SC Waulsort's Gerard Ramps in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KFC Desse 's goalie prevented a goal. 87 minutes into the game, Dieter Wiggers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Maarten De Maesschalck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dieter Wiggers in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maarten De Maesschalck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mathieu Stevens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Maarten De Maesschalck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Dieter Wiggers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maarten De Maesschalck was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 96thth minute of the game Dieter Wiggers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Desse 's Maarten De Maesschalck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Gerard Ramps put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maarten De Maesschalck. There was no doubt that SC Waulsort were the better team. SC Waulsort's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
