Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jose Delamenin made the kick off which started today's match. Gerard Ramps hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The Wolfsem FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Wolfsem FC's Arno Van De Velden looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The throw-in from Luke Philippaerts in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Wolfsem FC's Charl Ceustermans. Denis Smolders fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathieux Balckmans having to interfere. Mathieux Balckmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Valckenaerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute Wolfsem FC were awarded a corner. Robin Valckenaerts went to the cornerflag to take it. 26 minutes into the match, SC Waulsort's Dante Moens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrick Goethuys narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dieter Wiggers scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Goethuys, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of SC Waulsort booed when Wolfsem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Smolders didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mathieu Stevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dieter Wiggers in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrick Goethuys saved Wolfsem FC from getting behind. Jose Delamenin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gerard Ramps had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes Wolfsem FC got a freekick which was hit by Wart Boffin. Jonathan Huygens made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Wolfsem FC's Charl Ceustermans. Kieth Smedts hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dieter Wiggers was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Jonathan Huygens threw the ball into play from the sideline. Wolfsem FC's Charl Ceustermans quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mathieux Balckmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Delamenin in the 58th minute of play. Patrick Goethuys stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dieter Wiggers's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. If Robin Valckenaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Waulsort's Mathieux Balckmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Delamenin in the 66th minute of play. Arno Van De Velden succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 71st playminute. Wart Boffin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathieux Balckmans having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Jonathan Huygens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Waulsort's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolfsem FC the free kick. In the 81st minute, Jonathan Huygens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wart Boffin's late challenge caught a SC Waulsort's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wart Boffin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wolfsem FC's Wart Boffin got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94thth minute of the game Dieter Wiggers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wolfsem FC's Patrick Goethuys was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
