Stefan Minnen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfons De Ryck went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Stefan Minnen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons De Ryck in the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Orp-Jauche's zone, Joannes Iwens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Minnen came out of the goal and Joannes Iwens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jasper Van der Willeghem scored 1-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joeri Mons, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stefan Minnen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfons De Ryck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfons De Ryck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Stefan Minnen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Oscar De Boel got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, KFC Orp-Jauche's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons De Ryck came free, but Stefan Minnen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Lecleir Sniffing Squad getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Brend Haemers hit a great ball. Joannes Iwens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Brend Haemers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Minnen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes KFC Orp-Jauche got a freekick which was hit by Joey De Keuster. The audience was convinced that Alfons De Ryck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefan Minnen was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfons De Ryck made a kick off. Alfons De Ryck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Stefan Minnen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Stefan Minnen threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joannes Iwens, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lecleir Sniffing Squad were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after KFC Orp-Jauche's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oscar De Boel took the corner. With his leg Stefan Minnen managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Alfons De Ryck fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alfons De Ryck struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Stefan Minnen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lecleir Sniffing Squad. Brend Haemers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Brend Haemers struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Stefan Minnen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lecleir Sniffing Squad. In the 71stth minute of the game Alfons De Ryck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Orp-Jauche's Stefan Minnen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfons De Ryck struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Stefan Minnen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lecleir Sniffing Squad. Joannes Iwens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, KFC Orp-Jauche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilian Martin to maneuver through the defense. Alfons De Ryck in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stefan Minnen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alfons De Ryck scored 1-4 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Minnen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stefan Minnen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons De Ryck, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. With a little luck, KFC Orp-Jauche's Stefan Minnen got control of the ball when Brend Haemers tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Stefan Minnen managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Lecleir Sniffing Squad's Alfons De Ryck fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joannes Iwens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Minnen having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Alfons De Ryck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfons De Ryck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lecleir Sniffing Squad's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
