Roel De Wyngaert might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Minnen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roel De Wyngaert ran back to his position shaking his head. KFC Orp-Jauche's Stefan Minnen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roel De Wyngaert in the 28th minute of play. FC PEUTIE's Roland Buyck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaques Buyck in the 29th minute of play. The KFC Orp-Jauche fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Minnen should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When Roel De Wyngaert came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the FC PEUTIE fans jumped to their feet. Yannik Vounckx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roel De Wyngaert in the 90th minute of play forced KFC Orp-Jauche's goalkeeper Stefan Minnen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Yannik Vounckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rdth minute of the game Roel De Wyngaert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Orp-Jauche's Stefan Minnen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC PEUTIE's Pierre-Alexandre Van Bets quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Christoph Matthijs, made in the 95th minute of the game. If Yannik Vounckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
