Jacobus Van Den Driessche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Viktor de Pelsmacker fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wommelgem's protests and gave Viktor de Pelsmacker a yellow card for diving instead. Viktor de Pelsmacker hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, Nothing's Rodrigo Bento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Timmy Velkeneers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rodrigo Bento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Timmy Velkeneers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. When Thibau Vissenaekens came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Wommelgem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thibau Vissenaekens couldn't finish the play. Thibau Vissenaekens struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Ksawery Gdowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wommelgem. Ksawery Gdowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacobus Van Den Driessche in the 15th minute. Thibau Vissenaekens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ksawery Gdowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ksawery Gdowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thibau Vissenaekens in the 28th minute of the match. Nothing's Ksawery Gdowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thibau Vissenaekens in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Viktor de Pelsmacker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wommelgem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor de Pelsmacker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viktor de Pelsmacker kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacobus Van Den Driessche to make the kick off. A collision led to Nothing getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Guilian Van De Wiele hit a great ball. After 62 minutes of play, Wommelgem's Jacobus Van Den Driessche made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ksawery Gdowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jacobus Van Den Driessche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corrado Spano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timmy Velkeneers having to make a save. Jacobus Van Den Driessche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Jacobus Van Den Driessche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ksawery Gdowski. Nothing's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobus Van Den Driessche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Jacobus Van Den Driessche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94thth minute of the game Jacobus Van Den Driessche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nothing's Ksawery Gdowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
