Franky Uytterhaegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ief Laureys in the 20th minute of play. Bastiaan Sustens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Rondou in the 22nd minute. Giovanni Langendonckx charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giovanni Langendonckx the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Franky Uytterhaegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ief Laureys in the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, De Wellense Pottestampers's Willem-Jan Minnen got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Sander Bruyninckx sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franky Uytterhaegen skillfully saved the ball. Franky Uytterhaegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovanni Langendonckx in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Mauricio Viator hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bastiaan Sustens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matías Suárez in the 45th minute. VC Fl's Bastiaan Sustens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herve Ceroux in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Bastiaan Sustens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charly Van Boxstael, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Freddy Haeselaers scored 1-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bastiaan Sustens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in VC Fl's zone, Anthony Lenoir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bastiaan Sustens came out of the goal and Anthony Lenoir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bastiaan Sustens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Lenoir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernand Huyghens hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Miguel Rondou struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Bastiaan Sustens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for De Wellense Pottestampers. When Anthony Lenoir came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the De Wellense Pottestampers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthony Lenoir couldn't finish the play. Ief Laureys could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Franky Uytterhaegen made a huge save. After a rather tough play, De Wellense Pottestampers's Willem-Jan Minnen got a free kick in the 80th minute. Anthony Lenoir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Bastiaan Sustens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. De Wellense Pottestampers had played much better football throughout.
