Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Etienne Montens got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Etienne Montens in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robbin Van Leemputte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eric Oosters kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Dimitry De Weerdt might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robbin Van Leemputte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dimitry De Weerdt ran back to his position shaking his head. Alphonse Dumont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Oosters in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Yellow City Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Oosters came free, but Alphonse Dumont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Alessandro Ceci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alphonse Dumont saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Alessandro Ceci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deadly Force United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Ceci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, one of Deadly Force United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deadly Force United. Robbin Van Leemputte had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Etienne Montens's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Alphonse Dumont took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Ceci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Deadly Force United's Eric Oosters got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Deadly Force United's zone, Yannik Meulders stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robbin Van Leemputte came out of the goal and Yannik Meulders tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Deadly Force United's Eric Oosters got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alessandro Ceci took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alphonse Dumont. Alphonse Dumont dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 43 minutes of play, Deadly Force United's Eric Oosters made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alphonse Dumont was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alphonse Dumont showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Oosters, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The supporters of Deadly Force United booed when Yellow City Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeffrey Putman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jules Cools during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jules Cools kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Eric Oosters recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alphonse Dumont. Eric Oosters showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Deadly Force United's Eric Oosters got a free kick in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, Eric Oosters notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Yellow City Devils's Alphonse Dumont. Alphonse Dumont was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Etienne Montens's late challenge caught a Deadly Force United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Etienne Montens helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Yellow City Devils's Etienne Montens got a free kick in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Yellow City Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Oosters came free, but Alphonse Dumont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Yellow City Devils's Alphonse Dumont got control of the ball when Alessandro Ceci tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 75 minutes of play Yellow City Devils's Jeffrey Putman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Yellow City Devils's Jeffrey Putman got a free kick in the 76th minute. If Etienne Montens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jules Cools in the 81st minute of play forced Deadly Force United's goalkeeper Robbin Van Leemputte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Deadly Force United's Eric Oosters dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Yellow City Devils's Etienne Montens got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Deadly Force United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
