Valentin Mikaelsson started the match with the kick off. Kenneth Humbelets made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Mikaelsson in the 10th minute of play. Magne Giliusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romain De Deygere, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Nicolas Sens fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cercle H&H's protests and gave Nicolas Sens a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Westkust booed when Cercle H&H was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Sens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Philipp Hauwaerts took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenneth Humbelets. Cercle H&H's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Valentin Mikaelsson took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenneth Humbelets. Kenneth Humbelets dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 22 minutes, Fabian Eftimescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westkust and the Cercle H&H players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Westkust getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Fabian Eftimescu hit a great ball. The supporters of Cercle H&H booed when Westkust was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Jenaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kenneth Humbelets didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Westkust's Gonzalo Jenaro shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Westkust's Fabian Eftimescu got a free kick in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claus Van Aertvin in the 40th minute of play forced Westkust's goalkeeper Magne Giliusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Westkust's Valentin Mikaelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kenneth Humbelets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Fabry, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. With 47 minutes on the clock, Philipp Hauwaerts commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claus Van Aertvin was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Nicolas Sens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cercle H&H's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Sens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magne Giliusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonzalo Jenaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Humbelets read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Albert Fabry was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. Westkust's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 63rd minute, Gonzalo Jenaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Westkust fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Albert Fabry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenneth Humbelets having to interfere. Kenneth Humbelets was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albert Fabry showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 72 minute of play. Romain De Deygere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Giliusson having to interfere. Kenneth Humbelets was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Albert Fabry capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albert Fabry really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. If Romain De Deygere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Westkust played a much better game than Cercle H&H and deserved their victory. The Cercle H&H players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
