After a defensive mix-up in Koekelare MFC's zone, Harry Huijghens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Van Herendael came out of the goal and Harry Huijghens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 俞桦鸿 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Van Herendael having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremy Sneijers during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paul Van Herendael came out of the goal and Harry Huijghens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paul Van Herendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Huijghens in the 87th minute of play. Paul Van Herendael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Huijghens, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Matthis Pelgrims struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Paul Van Herendael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal.
