Spectators: 6835 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Claus Pelleman got the match started through his kick off. Dominik Schroons hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Bart Van de Zande fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RSC Oordegem's protests and gave Bart Van de Zande a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, RSC Oordegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Van de Zande to maneuver through the defense. When Jakob Colpaert came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakob Colpaert couldn't finish the play. After 8 minutes of play, RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's Jakob Colpaert made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenn Uytterhoeven was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sergio Van den Inde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, one of RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver. The referee gave RSC Oordegem a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bart Van de Zande, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's Jozef Gielis. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Lieven Huybrechts managed to get in a good position for a shot. RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's supporters rose to their feet, but Lieven Huybrechts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenn Uytterhoeven breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergio Van den Inde in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenn Uytterhoeven saved RSC Oordegem from getting behind. 26 minutes into the game, Sergio Van den Inde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Kenn Uytterhoeven was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ruben Ingelborgs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jozef Gielis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 minutes, Sergio Van den Inde made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. RSC Oordegem's Kenn Uytterhoeven tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 37 minutes, Lieven Huybrechts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver and the RSC Oordegem players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver got a freekick which was hit by Lieven Huybrechts. After some careless play in the RSC Oordegem defense, Sergio Van den Inde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenn Uytterhoeven. The RSC Oordegem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenn Uytterhoeven should have stopped the shot. After 42 played minutes RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Schroons. After 44 minutes, Claus Pelleman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RSC Oordegem and the RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's Lieven Huybrechts got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Ruben Ingelborgs put it in 2-5 from a short distance just to the right of Jozef Gielis.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Van den Inde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sergio Van den Inde took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenn Uytterhoeven. Kenn Uytterhoeven dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. Sergio Van den Inde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Sergio Van den Inde dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kenn Uytterhoeven, 2-7. A collision led to RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Dominik Schroons hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Franck Parmentier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Sergio Van den Inde reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kenn Uytterhoeven. The goal made the score 2-8. Sergio Van den Inde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Lieven Huybrechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Dominik Schroons notched a goal, 2-9, to the right of RSC Oordegem's Kenn Uytterhoeven. Kenn Uytterhoeven was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sergio Van den Inde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Kenn Uytterhoeven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenn Uytterhoeven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Van den Inde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RSC Oordegem's Kenn Uytterhoeven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lieven Huybrechts in the 93rd minute of play. Kenn Uytterhoeven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Van den Inde, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. With an all-out effort, RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's Kenn Uytterhoeven threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sergio Van den Inde, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Sergio Van den Inde managed to get in a good position for a shot. RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergio Van den Inde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. RSC Sint-Katelijne-Waver were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
