Steffe Van Impe started the match with the kick off. Fransesco Daneels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Van Herendael having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steffe Van Impe in the 12th minute of play forced Koekelare MFC's goalkeeper Paul Van Herendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ultras Muizen 367 booed when Koekelare MFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Valckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Rudi Van Meel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fransesco Daneels hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Erik-Jan Van De Look reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lennart Peeters. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 27th minute Erik-Jan Van De Look shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Peeters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lennart Peeters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik-Jan Van De Look, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Valckx in the 42nd minute of play forced Ultras Muizen 367's goalkeeper Lennart Peeters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Ultras Muizen 367 got a freekick which was hit by Yannik De Kerpel. In the 46th minute, Yannik De Kerpel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute Erik-Jan Van De Look shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Peeters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik-Jan Van De Look made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik-Jan Van De Look in the 63rd minute of play forced Ultras Muizen 367's goalkeeper Lennart Peeters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Valckx hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Paul Van Herendael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yannik De Kerpel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ultras Muizen 367's Fransesco Daneels got a free kick in the 71st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kasper De Bisschop during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kasper De Bisschop hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, Koekelare MFC's Erik-Jan Van De Look nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lennart Peeters made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Kasper De Bisschop kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Fransesco Daneels managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ultras Muizen 367's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fransesco Daneels was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dany Loremans hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes Ultras Muizen 367 got a freekick which was hit by Steffe Van Impe. When the referee ended the match the Koekelare MFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
