When Casper Jannes fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC De Sloverkes's protests and gave Casper Jannes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of KAMPFSCHWEINEN booed when FC De Sloverkes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Jannes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind KAMPFSCHWEINEN's goalkeeper Piet Rouvoet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 13 played minutes KAMPFSCHWEINEN got a freekick which was hit by Lex Verhagen. If Frederik Vandekerkhove had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dolf Zimmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Piet Rouvoet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ronald Hally fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KAMPFSCHWEINEN's protests and gave Ronald Hally a yellow card for diving instead. Dolf Zimmer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. FC De Sloverkes's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, KAMPFSCHWEINEN's Piet Rouvoet got control of the ball when Frederik Vandekerkhove tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Callewaert charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Callewaert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 34 played minutes KAMPFSCHWEINEN got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Callewaert. In the 36th match minute, FC De Sloverkes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dolf Zimmer to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes, KAMPFSCHWEINEN's Bram Ombelets shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gringo Hendrickx came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KAMPFSCHWEINEN reached it. Niels Van De Velden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dolf Zimmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Piet Rouvoet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piet Rouvoet made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Frederik Vandekerkhove sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Dolf Zimmer made the kick off in the second half. Matty De Block thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Piet Rouvoet, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 1-0. In the 60th match minute, FC De Sloverkes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casper Jannes to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, KAMPFSCHWEINEN's Florian Moors tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Piet Rouvoet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederik Vandekerkhove in the 62nd minute of play. Frederik Vandekerkhove struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Piet Rouvoet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC De Sloverkes. Frederik Vandekerkhove received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Piet Rouvoet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stein Vits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Frederik Vandekerkhove left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC De Sloverkes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Niels Van De Velden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dolf Zimmer struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Piet Rouvoet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC De Sloverkes. In the 87th minute, Dolf Zimmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Piet Rouvoet was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. FC De Sloverkes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
