Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Louis Snyers started the match with the kick off. Jacky Van Linthout's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Weverton van Beek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Wart Jans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Louis Snyers in the 5th minute of play. If Louis Snyers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the game, Jacky Van Linthout was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tikki Mo Salah's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liernu the free kick. Jacky Van Linthout kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Liernu's attentive Yanniek Matthijs managed to snatch the ball when Christopher Calewaerts made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Louis Snyers in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wart Jans saved Tikki Mo Salah from getting behind. Roderik Worteler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Tikki Mo Salah's goal looked a bit too open when Louis Snyers came free, but Wart Jans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jacky Van Linthout came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Tikki Mo Salah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacky Van Linthout couldn't finish the play. When Liernu's Louis Snyers in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tikki Mo Salah's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Tikki Mo Salah's goal looked a bit too open when Yanniek Matthijs came free, but Wart Jans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sprunger Fasting in the 41st minute of play forced Tikki Mo Salah's goalkeeper Wart Jans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Louis Snyers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Wart Jans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tikki Mo Salah's Berten De Worteleere got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacky Van Linthout to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Matthew Weynants hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Louis Snyers in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wart Jans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th play minute Louis Snyers came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wart Jans. 0-1. Roderik Worteler's late challenge caught a Liernu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roderik Worteler helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Tikki Mo Salah got a freekick which was hit by Roderik Worteler. In the 67thth minute of the game Louis Snyers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tikki Mo Salah's Wart Jans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wart Jans made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Louis Snyers sent off a good shot on target. Sprunger Fasting hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Tikki Mo Salah's Giovanny Castermans broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sprunger Fasting recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wart Jans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurus Pastijns in the 80th minute of the match. Louis Snyers might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wart Jans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Louis Snyers ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Liernu getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sprunger Fasting hit a great ball.
