After 32 minutes of play, FC Kroeters's Tommi De Bruyn made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vic Sevenans was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Sproten made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Daniel Elsens notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of FC Kroeters's Claude Renotte. Claude Renotte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vic Sevenans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Sproten in the 55th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, FC Kroeters's Tommi De Bruyn made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vic Sevenans was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Waterhoek booed when FC Kroeters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georges-Philippe Mampaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Waterhoek defense, Alex Sproten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vic Sevenans. The Waterhoek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vic Sevenans should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the match, Waterhoek's goalkeeper Vic Sevenans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tommi De Bruyn. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kroeters's Georges-Philippe Mampaerts slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vic Sevenans. That made the score 1-8 after 72 minutes of play. In the 74th minute, Tommi De Bruyn reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vic Sevenans. The goal made the score 1-9. Waterhoek's Vic Sevenans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Waterhoek from getting a goal against them. Vic Sevenans was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alex Sproten showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 83 minute of play. In the 86th minute Tommi De Bruyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vic Sevenans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Sebbe Conincx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-11. Vic Sevenans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st play minute Tommi De Bruyn came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vic Sevenans. 1-12. The Waterhoek fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Kroeters were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
