Sven Wollans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Snyers in the 11th minute of the match. The throw-in from Vic Sevenans in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Liernu's Vinicio Llope. Sven Wollans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurus Pastijns in the 17th minute of play. Sprunger Fasting scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven Wollans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute Louis Snyers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Wollans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Wollans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Snyers in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Yanniek Matthijs notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Waterhoek's Sven Wollans. Sven Wollans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Waterhoek defense, Louis Snyers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven Wollans. The Waterhoek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven Wollans should have stopped the shot. Weverton van Beek made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Daniel Elsens sent off a good shot on target. Waterhoek's Sven Wollans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Snyers in the 31st minute of play. Waterhoek's Abel Van de Velde shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 34th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Weverton van Beek but with some difficulty. 36 minutes into the game, Sprunger Fasting cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Sven Wollans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 39 played minutes Waterhoek got a freekick which was hit by Abel Van de Velde. 40 minutes into the game, Jacinto Amaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Sven Wollans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute Yanniek Matthijs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Wollans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis Snyers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Waterhoek's Sven Wollans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sprunger Fasting in the 59th minute of play. Sven Wollans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yanniek Matthijs in the 62nd minute of play. Liernu were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Waterhoek's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yanniek Matthijs took the corner. Sven Wollans made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Louis Snyers sent off a good shot on target. Waterhoek's Sven Wollans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurus Pastijns in the 66th minute of play. Sven Wollans was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Louis Snyers showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 68 minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Maurus Pastijns ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven Wollans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Weverton van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Levi Weijnants, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liernu played a much better game than Waterhoek and deserved their victory. The Waterhoek players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
