Francis Kerckmans made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Mats Opdebeeck sent off a good shot on target. Francis Kerckmans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oswald Pelleman in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Nils Maeijnaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francis Kerckmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Werken's Dominik Van Huytvenne got a free kick in the 16th minute. 24 minutes into the match, KAA Vissenaken's goalkeeper Francis Kerckmans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Opdebeeck. Waud De Backer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 37th minute Tommy Van Huele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waud De Backer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oswald Pelleman kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Tommy Van Huele blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waud De Backer having to make a save.
