Spectators: 8000 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 160) Brent-Jan Dewitte started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lars De Malier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Hendrickx in the 4th minute of play. Karl Hendrickx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Lars De Malier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hectic's Lars De Malier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent-Jan Dewitte in the 10th minute of play. Karl Hendrickx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl Hendrickx took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lars De Malier. Lars De Malier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, BAF Acupunctors's goalkeeper Dyllan Humbelets had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Degraef. Mats Degraef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Dyllan Humbelets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Stephen Van Looy fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hectic's protests and gave Stephen Van Looy a yellow card for diving instead. Lars De Malier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giles de Pelsmacker in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of BAF Acupunctors booed when Hectic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wout Coekx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mats Degraef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mats Degraef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BAF Acupunctors's Brent-Jan Dewitte got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl Hendrickx's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lars De Malier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mats Degraef stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Mats Degraef hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Degraef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to BAF Acupunctors getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Anthoon Borginions hit a great ball. If Karl Hendrickx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Degraef struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Dyllan Humbelets didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hectic. In the 78th minute, Karl Hendrickx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dyllan Humbelets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Degraef, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hectic's goalkeeper Lars De Malier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Hectic booed when BAF Acupunctors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brent-Jan Dewitte didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Hectic getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Stephen Van Looy hit a great ball. Giles de Pelsmacker took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lars De Malier. Hectic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hectic were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing BAF Acupunctors to leave the ground with a draw.
