In the 19th minute Lennart Van den Bossche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dolf Kindermans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arno Vercruysse in the 31st minute of play forced Grammene's goalkeeper Dolf Kindermans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Grammene's Mateo Kindermans got a free kick in the 67th minute.
