With a left leg Bruno Maerschalcx saved Froid-Chapelle from getting behind. A beautiful save bye Froid-Chapelle's goalie prevented a goal. SK de jeankes's Wes Stocks couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Froid-Chapelle. Joonatan Van Houdtvinck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klaas Van Landeghem, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Bartjan Bossuyt fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK de jeankes's protests and gave Bartjan Bossuyt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SK de jeankes's Bartjan Bossuyt got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes in the game Ron Davus after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Joonatan Van Houdtvinck. A very good opportunity. In the 27th minute, Pieterjan Struijf got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Froid-Chapelle getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Philipp De Poorter hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Vicente De Cock managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK de jeankes's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente De Cock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Maerschalcx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Benjamin Stercks came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Froid-Chapelle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Stercks couldn't finish the play. Vicente De Cock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Maerschalcx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Sempels went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Peter Knoopss short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Bruno Maerschalcx to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ron Davus during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ron Davus kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Peter Knoops had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Froid-Chapelle booed when SK de jeankes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Knoops didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes, Froid-Chapelle's Johannes Gillekens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joonatan Van Houdtvinck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Froid-Chapelle reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Froid-Chapelle's zone, Vicente De Cock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Maerschalcx came out of the goal and Vicente De Cock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Maerschalcx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Sempels's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 78 minutes into the match, SK de jeankes's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Stercks came free, but Joonatan Van Houdtvinck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Froid-Chapelle got a freekick which was hit by Pieterjan Struijf. Froid-Chapelle's Bruno Maerschalcx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Froid-Chapelle from getting a goal against them. Bruno Maerschalcx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente De Cock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klaas Van Landeghem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SK de jeankes's Joonatan Van Houdtvinck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaas Van Landeghem in the 92nd minute of play. SK de jeankes's Peter Knoops got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SK de jeankes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
