Constant Roekeloos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Gilian Van Eijken made a huge save. Dimitry Ceusters was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Zantho F.C. getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Sean Weets hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Julius Huijberechts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Kon.Bresvlim booed when Zantho F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joey De Weerdt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julius Huijberechts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitry Ceusters having to interfere. Sebastien Liboton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Gilian Van Eijken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sean Weets in the 57th minute of the match. Sebastien Libotons short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Dimitry Ceusters to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Harald Cantillon took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Dimitry Ceusters to make any attempt to save it. Zantho F.C.'s Dimitry Ceusters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julius Huijberechts in the 66th minute of play. Dimitry Ceusters made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Harald Cantillon sent off a good shot on target. Gilian Van Eijken didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Goffrey Waron went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute Constant Roekeloos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilian Van Eijken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Goffrey Waron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zantho F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Goffrey Waron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kon.Bresvlim's Gilian Van Eijken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sean Weets in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kon.Bresvlim's Charly Cuelens got a free kick in the 80th minute. Sean Weets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Sebastian Custermans in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kon.Bresvlim's Sebastien Liboton. Harald Cantillon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 87th playminute. Gilian Van Eijken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goffrey Waron in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harald Cantillon got free with Dimitry Ceusters in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zantho F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Natan Engels scored to the left of an out of position Dimitry Ceusters, making the score, 1-4. Kon.Bresvlim's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
