The audience thought a goal was coming when Teo Sulem got free with Alfred Robin in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vriendenkring Wippelgem's Alfred Robin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Vriendenkring Wippelgem from getting a goal against them. KFC Oosthoven's Wayne De Wilde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattijs Van Der Meeren in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Dmitry Levashik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wayne De Wilde was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. When the match was over Vriendenkring Wippelgem could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KFC Oosthoven throughout the match.
