In the 7th match minute, Vriendenkring Wippelgem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octaaf Van Elsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Dmitry Levashik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Björn Kellberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Björn Kellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dmitry Levashik in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Vriendenkring Wippelgem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattijs Van Der Meeren to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Taykut in the 21st minute of play forced Vriendenkring Wippelgem's goalkeeper Alfred Robin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Vriendenkring Wippelgem booed when Ecaussinnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerrit Kestens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Jannes Bossuyt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dmitry Levashik scored 4-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Björn Kellberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dmitry Levashik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes Vriendenkring Wippelgem got a freekick which was hit by Octaaf Van Elsen. After a defensive mix-up in Ecaussinnes's zone, Dmitry Levashik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Björn Kellberg came out of the goal and Dmitry Levashik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 46 played minutes Ecaussinnes got a freekick which was hit by Baran Taykut. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

After 51 minutes, Octaaf Van Elsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vriendenkring Wippelgem and the Ecaussinnes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vriendenkring Wippelgem's Octaaf Van Elsen got a free kick in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Alex Holemans dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alfred Robin, 4-1. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Dmitry Levashik put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Björn Kellberg. Mattijs Van Der Meeren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Dmitry Levashik sped through Ecaussinnes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Björn Kellberg. A collision led to Ecaussinnes getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Edgard De Kerper hit a great ball. Vriendenkring Wippelgem's Alfred Robin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Vriendenkring Wippelgem from getting a goal against them. If Dmitry Levashik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Björn Kellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dmitry Levashik in the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Ecaussinnes getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Edgard De Kerper hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Octaaf Van Elsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brian Schellekens kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Dmitry Levashik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Björn Kellberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. 84 minutes into the match, Dmitry Levashik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Björn Kellberg. Ecaussinnes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dmitry Levashik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. Björn Kellberg came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Vriendenkring Wippelgem's Dmitry Levashik. But to his dismay, Dmitry Levashik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ecaussinnes players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vriendenkring Wippelgem.
