Geert-Jan Huyberechts might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danny Castermans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geert-Jan Huyberechts ran back to his position shaking his head. Herbert Cappels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Castermans having to interfere. Radamel-Falcao García could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Refael Lissens made a huge save. In the 11th minute, Remco Desmet fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Refael Lissens, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Jonas en de Walvis II getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Jeroen Van Den Eijnde hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shi Qi Gang during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes DogTeam got a freekick which was hit by Shi Qi Gang. Geert-Jan Huyberechts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Castermans having to interfere. Herbert Cappels might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danny Castermans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geert-Jan Huyberechts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Danny Castermans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jonas en de Walvis II's zone, Radamel-Falcao García stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Refael Lissens came out of the goal and Radamel-Falcao García tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Jonas en de Walvis II's goal looked a bit too open when Radamel-Falcao García came free, but Refael Lissens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Herbert Cappels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes, Tony Rijmenams mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DogTeam and the Jonas en de Walvis II players grew even worse after the yellow card. A sloppy throw-in by Manu Van Den Broek in the 45th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jonas en de Walvis II's Jeroen Van Den Eijnde.

After a rather tough play, DogTeam's Remco Desmet got a free kick in the 51st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Robert Van Gorpt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Danny Castermans. That made the score 0-2 in the 55 minute of play. If Herbert Cappels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the game, Radamel-Falcao García cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Refael Lissens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Remco Desmet fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DogTeam's protests and gave Remco Desmet a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes DogTeam got a freekick which was hit by Remco Desmet. Geert-Jan Huyberechts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herbert Cappels struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Danny Castermans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jonas en de Walvis II. 79 minutes into the match, Radamel-Falcao García notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Jonas en de Walvis II's Refael Lissens. Refael Lissens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the game, Jeroen Van Den Eijnde threw the ball into play from the sideline. DogTeam's Manu Van Den Broek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Cappels during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erik Cappels hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Danny Castermans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geert-Jan Huyberechts in the 92nd minute of play.
