Spectators: 7659 (Terracing: 5725, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 159) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Radamel-Falcao García made the kick off which started today's match. DogTeam's Danny Castermans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Dejardin in the 3rd minute of play. Danny Tombuer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute Viktor Dejardin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny Castermans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Viktor Dejardin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danny Castermans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Dejardin, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jan Baecke got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Danny Castermans quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Danny Castermans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viktor Dejardin went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in DogTeam's zone, Viktor Dejardin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danny Castermans came out of the goal and Viktor Dejardin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the game, VM HOPVELDEN's Jan Baecke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danny Castermans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Viktor Dejardin struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Danny Castermans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VM HOPVELDEN. 31 minutes into the game, Viktor Dejardin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Danny Castermans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viktor Dejardin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Viktor Dejardin scored 0-5 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danny Castermans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Danny Castermans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederic van Haecht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to VM HOPVELDEN getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Danny Tombuer hit a great ball. The DogTeam players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. VM HOPVELDEN were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viktor Dejardin to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, DogTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Dejardin came free, but Danny Castermans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Viktor Dejardin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danny Castermans. DogTeam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viktor Dejardin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Viktor Dejardin might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Danny Castermans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viktor Dejardin ran back to his position shaking his head. Viktor Dejardin struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Danny Castermans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VM HOPVELDEN. Robert Pivniceru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as VM HOPVELDEN's Viktor Dejardin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Danny Castermans. That made the score 0-7 after 70 minutes of play. Viktor Dejardin scored 0-8 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Danny Castermans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the game, Viktor Dejardin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Danny Castermans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Robert Pivniceru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danny Castermans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viktor Dejardin went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Viktor Dejardin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VM HOPVELDEN's Viktor Dejardin got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 minutes of play, VM HOPVELDEN's Danny Tombuer made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danny Castermans was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over VM HOPVELDEN could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than DogTeam throughout the match.
