Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the Aineffe defense, Pierre-Alexandre Vincx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilliam De Koning. The Aineffe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilliam De Koning should have stopped the shot. 13 minutes into the game, Pierre-Alexandre Vincx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gilliam De Koning was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aineffe's Gilliam De Koning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Ronsman in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Tommy Ronsman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilliam De Koning was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 24 minutes into the match, Tommy Ronsman notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Aineffe's Gilliam De Koning. Gilliam De Koning was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Tommy Ronsman made a precise shot to the right of Gilliam De Koning. Aineffe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Tommy Ronsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilliam De Koning having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tommy Ronsman in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilliam De Koning saved Aineffe from getting behind. KFC Hamont-Achel were furious when Tommi Van Bets was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, KFC Hamont-Achel's Tommi Van Bets got a free kick in the 41st minute. Matt Andriesens came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ronaldinho Taffarel could save by the left post. Tommy Ronsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilliam De Koning having to interfere. The Aineffe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KFC Hamont-Achel were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tommy Ronsman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lieven Van den Enden scored 0-6 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilliam De Koning, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as KFC Hamont-Achel's Tommy Ronsman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilliam De Koning. That made the score 0-7 after 56 minutes of play. Gilliam De Koning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tommy Ronsman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 played minutes Aineffe got a freekick which was hit by Wilfried Lembrechts. A collision led to Aineffe getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Tuur Van Hove hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, KFC Hamont-Achel's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Schrevens came free, but Ronaldinho Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldinho Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel De Bruijn, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The KFC Hamont-Achel fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when KFC Hamont-Achel's Tommy Ronsman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gilliam De Koning was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lieven Van den Enden showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 81 minute of play. With an all-out effort, KFC Hamont-Achel's Gilliam De Koning threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tommy Ronsman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gilliam De Koning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaká Stink in the 88th minute of play. Tommy Ronsman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Tommy Ronsman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gilliam De Koning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Ronsman in the 92nd minute of play. Lieven Van den Enden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Gilliam De Koning made a huge save. Tommy Ronsman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 95th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Aineffe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KFC Hamont-Achel were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
