The supporters of Tollembeek booed when Kerkbrugge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alain Allaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Alain Allaert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kerkbrugge were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Izak Van Leempten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, David Wuets mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kerkbrugge and the Tollembeek players grew even worse after the yellow card. David Wuets hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match.
