Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tollembeek's Diego Walder started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Diego Walder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gilliam De Koning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tollembeek getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jaques Raedemaeckers hit a great ball. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aineffe's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yens Loremans was slow to take the kick. During this time Tollembeek's players had a chance to rest. Tollembeek's Yens Loremans was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gilliam De Koning in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Tollembeek's Jaques Raedemaeckers got a free kick in the 25th minute. Diego Walder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaques Raedemaeckers during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgard Diependaele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ief De Baere in the 38th minute of play. If Oscar Schrevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Schrevens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Edgard Diependaele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

54 minutes into the match, Aineffe's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Walder came free, but Gilliam De Koning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, one of Tollembeek:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tollembeek. The goalkeeper, Edgard Diependaele, was totally fooled by Aineffe's Perry Van Cruchten, who 57 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Edgard Diependaele made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel De Bruijn in the 62nd minute. Jaques Raedemaeckers was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Aineffe booed when Tollembeek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaques Raedemaeckers didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th match minute, Aineffe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ief De Baere to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Aineffe's zone, Alek De Geyter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilliam De Koning came out of the goal and Alek De Geyter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Diego Walder came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Tollembeek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Walder couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, Tollembeek's goalkeeper Edgard Diependaele had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Schrevens. After having played for 85 minutes, Ief De Baere managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aineffe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ief De Baere was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Ief De Baere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tollembeek's zone, Oscar Schrevens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Diependaele came out of the goal and Oscar Schrevens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Aineffe had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
