Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stephan Quvelirs started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jon Bauwens during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Jon Bauwens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stephan Quvelirs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Patrik Vereect came out and tried to block the shot, but Stephan Quvelirs slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Marnix Voorhof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorg De Clerk having to interfere. Jim Demeester took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrik Vereect. Patrik Vereect dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Christiaan De Cock put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jorg De Clerk. Patrik Vereect made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jim Demeester in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Rozen booed when Club Hoeselt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanny Mouton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Jon Bauwens reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patrik Vereect. The goal made the score 4-1. A collision led to Club Hoeselt getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jesse Sabbe hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, Daevy Figaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christiaan De Cock to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrik Vereect showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephan Quvelirs in the 52nd minute of the match. Jesse Sabbe lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 58 minutes into the match, Club Hoeselt's Christiaan De Cock sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorg De Clerk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patrik Vereect made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Demeester in the 63rd minute of play. Stanny Mouton charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stanny Mouton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 played minutes Club Hoeselt got a freekick which was hit by Stanny Mouton. 66 minutes into the game, Jim Demeester cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Patrik Vereect was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marnix Voorhof might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorg De Clerk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marnix Voorhof ran back to his position shaking his head. Jorg De Clerk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christiaan De Cock's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rozen's zone, Jeff Van Hautvinck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorg De Clerk came out of the goal and Jeff Van Hautvinck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart De Poorter in the 77th minute of play forced Club Hoeselt's goalkeeper Patrik Vereect to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Jim Demeester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd match minute, Club Hoeselt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeff Van Hautvinck to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute Jim Demeester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Vereect saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rozen booed when Club Hoeselt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marten Koninkx didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Rozen's Stephan Quvelirs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrik Vereect made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Jorg De Clerk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christiaan De Cock in the 96th minute of play. Rozen's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
