After a defensive mix-up in Knokke-Heist's zone, Tobias Moerman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Nalo came out of the goal and Tobias Moerman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Berten Wortelaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Alonzo Nalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Dutch Rebels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Obafemi N'Diaye to maneuver through the defense. After 10 played minutes Knokke-Heist got a freekick which was hit by Jens Van Der Linden. If Matt Tael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 15th minute, Jorre Van de Wal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeffery Matthys was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jorre Van de Wal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Jeffery Matthys skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Knokke-Heist's Jens Van Der Linden got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Stan Lefevere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Nalo having to interfere. After 30 minutes, Zbyszek Kasperowicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Knokke-Heist and the Dutch Rebels players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Knokke-Heist's Zbyszek Kasperowicz got a free kick in the 31st minute. Matt Tael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. After 36 minutes Knokke-Heist's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Obafemi N'Diaye who took care of the corner kick. Jeffery Matthys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorre Van de Wal, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Dan Lanphan hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Obafemi N'Diaye shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alonzo Nalo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Obafemi N'Diaye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alonzo Nalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dolf Van Huruck hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

Zbyszek Kasperowicz got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 56 minutes into the match, Knokke-Heist's Thomas Dhondt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeffery Matthys narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Berten Wortelaerts short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Alonzo Nalo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Knokke-Heist's Alonzo Nalo got control of the ball when Berten Wortelaert tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Knokke-Heist was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Van Der Linden to maneuver through the defense. Henri Decorte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Nalo having to interfere. With his leg Alonzo Nalo managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Dutch Rebels's Berten Wortelaert fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thomas Dhondt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorn Sanders hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 81st match minute, Knokke-Heist was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Dhondt to maneuver through the defense. The Dutch Rebels fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Dutch Rebels's Berten Wortelaert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Jorre Van de Wal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jeffery Matthys breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serge De Kerpel during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dutch Rebels getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Serge De Kerpel hit a great ball. Jeffery Matthys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorre Van de Wal in the 90th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Jorn Sanders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven Lenaerts was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dutch Rebels's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
