Berten Wortelaert started the match with the kick off. Szymon Cieliczka hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The Dutch Rebels fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Dutch Rebels's Dylan Verhaert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 12 minutes into the match, Club Hoeselt's goal looked a bit too open when Dylan Verhaert came free, but Patrik Vereect reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrik Vereect took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dylan Verhaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berten Wortelaert in the 17th minute of play forced Club Hoeselt's goalkeeper Patrik Vereect to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrik Vereect didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Obafemi N'Diaye went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Patrik Vereect came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Dutch Rebels's Dylan Verhaert. But to his dismay, Dylan Verhaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After some careless play in the Club Hoeselt defense, Dylan Verhaert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrik Vereect. The Club Hoeselt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrik Vereect should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Stanny Mouton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dutch Rebels's Lauren Seveneijnts got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marten Koninkx kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Club Hoeselt's goal looked a bit too open when Dylan Verhaert came free, but Patrik Vereect reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrik Vereect showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dylan Verhaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Club Hoeselt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dutch Rebels were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christiaan De Cock was the one to do the kick off. Patrik Vereect showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dylan Verhaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Patrik Van Bets kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Roben De Kelper made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dutch Rebels's Lauren Seveneijnts. Obafemi N'Diaye took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrik Vereect. Patrik Vereect dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Adam Vermeiren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeff Van Hautvinck in the 65th minute of the match. Patrik Vereect made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berten Wortelaert in the 66th minute. A collision led to Dutch Rebels getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Antoine Steenbeeck hit a great ball. Marnix Voorhof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Vermeiren having to interfere. In the 72nd minute of the match Club Hoeselt got a corner. Dutch Rebels's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jeff Van Hautvinck ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berten Wortelaert during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Dutch Rebels booed when Club Hoeselt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnold Marchal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Hoeselt's zone, Berten Wortelaert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrik Vereect came out of the goal and Berten Wortelaert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dylan Verhaert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Patrik Vereect made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Club Hoeselt's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Pola came free, but Patrik Vereect reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berten Wortelaert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Patrik Vereect made a huge save. Club Hoeselt's Patrik Vereect played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dylan Verhaert in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dylan Verhaert got free with Patrik Vereect in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lauren Seveneijnts kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute Marnix Voorhof shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Vermeiren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Dutch Rebels could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Hoeselt throughout the match.
