After a rather tough play, RSC Loenhout's Ferdinand Swin got a free kick in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in RSC Loenhout's zone, Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilliam De Deygere came out of the goal and Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the game, ZVC Wellen's Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilliam De Deygere made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Gilliam De Deygere didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ZVC Wellen's Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 26th minute, Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gilliam De Deygere. The goal made the score 5-0. The supporters of ZVC Wellen booed when RSC Loenhout was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Sulem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alan Huybrechts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. William Hostens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacques Ombelets in the 62nd minute of the match. Gilliam De Deygere stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Ferdinand Swin kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Gilliam De Deygere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek in the 70th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Ferdinand Swin put in a rough tackle. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for ZVC Wellen. Alan Huybrechts stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gilliam De Deygere. 9-0. 77 minutes into the match, RSC Loenhout's goal looked a bit too open when Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek came free, but Gilliam De Deygere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bartjan Slegers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henri-Xavier Van Meerbeek couldn't finish the play. RSC Loenhout's Gilliam De Deygere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Huybrechts in the 93rd minute of play. If Aaron De Maerschalck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that ZVC Wellen were the better team. ZVC Wellen's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
