The referee gave Ukrainian Snipers a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. Jeff Wiechgers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Kortens having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Tomm Coenen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Kortens was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Bastiaan Campens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Deroek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ukrainian Snipers fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Ukrainian Snipers's Jeff Wiechgers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 17 minutes into the match, KVSK Viersel's goal looked a bit too open when Jeff Wiechgers came free, but Douglas Kortens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thys Van Houdtvinck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Tomm Coenen made a precise shot to the right of Douglas Kortens. KVSK Viersel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 24th minute, Ronald Justens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KVSK Viersel's Douglas Kortens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomm Coenen in the 26th minute of play. Jeff Wiechgers scored 0-5 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Douglas Kortens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Tomm Coenen came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Ukrainian Snipers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomm Coenen couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Tomm Coenen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luk Godefroid charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luk Godefroid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Douglas Kortens had great luck who in the 56thth minute grab hold of the ball when Tomm Coenen from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Tomm Coenen had several of the KVSK Viersel's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 57 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Douglas Kortens as he didn't even see the shot coming. 60 minutes in the game, Jeff Wiechgers fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Douglas Kortens having to interfere. Douglas Kortens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomm Coenen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 61 minute of play. When Ukrainian Snipers's Tomm Coenen in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Ukrainian Snipers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. If Pascal Dumont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 90 in the game by Jeff Wiechgers from a close distance when the talented Douglas Kortens managed to make a qualified save. KVSK Viersel's players were relieved. In the last second Douglas Kortens throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tomm Coenen in the 91stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jeff Wiechgers in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Douglas Kortens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ukrainian Snipers's Tomm Coenen in the 94th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Douglas Kortens was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for KVSK Viersel through an amazing save. Ukrainian Snipers's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
