Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jef Rouvoet took the kick off in the first half of the match. Antonio Van Geertruyen came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Dwarfs Den FC's Mickael Ackermans. But to his dismay, Mickael Ackermans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Jef Rouvoet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartjan Van Daelen was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Mickael Ackermans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Dwarfs Den FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mickael Ackermans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Van Geertruyen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the match, Red Dwarfs Den FC's Vic De Bruyn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonio Van Geertruyen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Richey Neesens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 played minutes Boechout got a freekick which was hit by Dave Tuytgans. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mickael Ackermans got free with Antonio Van Geertruyen in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Red Dwarfs Den FC booed when Boechout was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Boumans didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Jef Rouvoet notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Red Dwarfs Den FC's Bartjan Van Daelen. Bartjan Van Daelen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th match minute, Boechout was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastien Louckx to maneuver through the defense. Jos Uyttebroeck, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vic De Bruyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Van Geertruyen having to interfere. Boechout's Antonio Van Geertruyen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vic De Bruyn in the 43rd minute of play. Antonio Van Geertruyen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vic De Bruyn in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vic De Bruyn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mickael Ackermans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Antonio Van Geertruyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mickael Ackermans struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Antonio Van Geertruyen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Dwarfs Den FC. When Red Dwarfs Den FC's Vic De Bruyn in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boechout's goalie prevented a goal. Antonio Van Geertruyen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vic De Bruyn in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Vic De Bruyn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vic De Bruyn in the 65th minute of play forced Boechout's goalkeeper Antonio Van Geertruyen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mickael Ackermans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Antonio Van Geertruyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Vic De Bruyn made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Van Geertruyen. Boechout's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jef Rouvoet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boechout's supporters rose to their feet, but Jef Rouvoet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartjan Van Daelen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd match minute, Red Dwarfs Den FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Dejonckheere to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Boechout getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Richey Neesens hit a great ball. Adam van haeve hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Tibaut Imbrechts kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Red Dwarfs Den FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Boechout for a fine match.
