The Sint-Niklaas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Sint-Niklaas booed when Dark Energy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Van Herck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Siebe Ketelers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Voorhof, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Sint-Niklaas succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Dark Energy had controlled the match.
