The Pezerik fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Pezerik's Wart Goegebeur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jacob Vrancx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eymeric Minard in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes in the game, Fred Vanderhaege dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Vanderhaege got free with Christoph Hagemans in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fred Vanderhaege received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christoph Hagemans came out and tried to block the shot, but Fred Vanderhaege slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the game, 齐迪星 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Club RUPEL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pezerik the free kick. 齐迪星 hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fred Vanderhaege got free with Christoph Hagemans in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. SV Club RUPEL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Fred Vanderhaege scored to the left of an out of position Christoph Hagemans, making the score, 3-0. Christoph Hagemans made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Fred Vanderhaege sent off a good shot on target. Pezerik's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jelle Temmerman in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 齐迪星 in the 39th minute of play forced Pezerik's goalkeeper Jacob Vrancx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Pezerik's goal looked a bit too open when 齐迪星 came free, but Jacob Vrancx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 43 in the game by Wart Goegebeur from a close distance when the talented Christoph Hagemans managed to make a qualified save. SV Club RUPEL's players were relieved. The supporters of Pezerik booed when SV Club RUPEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Goossens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christoph Hagemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wart Goegebeur in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Vanderhaege made a kick off. Christoph Hagemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wart Goegebeur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wart Goegebeur in the 54th minute of play forced SV Club RUPEL's goalkeeper Christoph Hagemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Octavian Rutgeerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoph Hagemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute of the match Pezerik got a corner. SV Club RUPEL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jelle Temmerman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pezerik's Jacob Vrancx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eymeric Minard in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Pezerik's Fred Vanderhaege nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christoph Hagemans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Fred Vanderhaege had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SV Club RUPEL's Christoph Hagemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Rutgeerts in the 72nd minute of play. Christoph Hagemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wart Goegebeur in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Vanderhaege in the 79th minute of play forced SV Club RUPEL's goalkeeper Christoph Hagemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pezerik's Jacob Vrancx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Pezerik from getting a goal against them. After 90 minutes, Wart Goegebeur made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. SV Club RUPEL's Christoph Hagemans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wart Goegebeur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pezerik fans cheered their team off the field, for while SV Club RUPEL had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
