The tension between the Racing Tienen and the mesudiyespor fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luk Herpoel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gertjan Van Boxstael, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Henri-Xavier Delen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Spencer Stern. Luk Herpoel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mesudiyespor fc. Racing Tienen's Luk Herpoel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Cardetti in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Gertjan Van Boxstael cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Luk Herpoel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luk Herpoel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Nikola in the 28th minute of the match. mesudiyespor fc's Spencer Stern proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save mesudiyespor fc from getting a goal against them. If Tomas Wiechgers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Racing Tienen's Julius Van Beveren got a free kick in the 35th minute. Gertjan Van Boxstael took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luk Herpoel. Luk Herpoel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Tomas Wiechgers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Luk Herpoel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th match minute, mesudiyespor fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Verhoeven to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Gertjan Van Boxstael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luk Herpoel. Racing Tienen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gertjan Van Boxstael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joannes Heremans stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lauren Van hoegaerde charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lauren Van hoegaerde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But to his dismay, Tomas Wiechgers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Racing Tienen's Kent Steenberghs was substituted for Lauren Van hoegaerde. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Tomas Wiechgers managed to get in a good position for a shot. mesudiyespor fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Wiechgers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luk Herpoel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Martín Cardetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gertjan Van Boxstael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luk Herpoel having to interfere. Racing Tienen's Luk Herpoel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Cardetti in the 77th minute of play. Martín Cardetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karel-Jan Stoorms received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Spencer Stern tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martín Cardetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Luk Herpoel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded mesudiyespor fc left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Tienen.
