The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Angelo Peruzzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sacit Dilan in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Yanniek Lissens notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of KFC Raffelberg's Angelo Peruzzi. Angelo Peruzzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laurend Wouters hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Claus Rijmenans scored 2-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelo Peruzzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KFC Raffelberg's Angelo Peruzzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Raffelberg from getting a goal against them. Angelo Peruzzi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charlie Hökkvist went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Yanniek Lissens did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Angelo Peruzzi 19 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, KFC Raffelberg's goal looked a bit too open when Yanniek Lissens came free, but Angelo Peruzzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Charlie Hökkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Peruzzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of KFC Raffelberg booed when Olympus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teun Rondou didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th match minute, KFC Raffelberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwen Engelberchs to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Otto Schiphouwer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Angelo Peruzzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Angelo Peruzzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

KFC Raffelberg's Angelo Peruzzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yanniek Lissens in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 minutes of play, Olympus FC's Yanniek Lissens made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Peruzzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Olympus FC's Yanniek Lissens in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Angelo Peruzzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! KFC Raffelberg's Angelo Peruzzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sacit Dilan in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Yanniek Lissens notched a goal, 15-0, to the right of KFC Raffelberg's Angelo Peruzzi. Angelo Peruzzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Yanniek Lissens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Olympus FC had played much better football throughout.
