With a left leg Ignace Himschoot saved FC Rising Stars from getting behind. 10 minutes into the match, FC Rising Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Jullian Vranx came free, but Ignace Himschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th match minute, FC Rising Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axell Van De Gehuchte to maneuver through the defense. Ignace Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jullian Vranx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Jullian Vranx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Rising Stars's Ignace Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brend Schrevens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Bruly's Mario Rõõm got a free kick in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolek Skoroda in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignace Himschoot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, 史浩远 made a precise shot to the right of Ignace Himschoot. FC Rising Stars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ignace Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brend Schrevens in the 27th minute of the match. Ignace Himschoot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brend Schrevens, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Bruly's Willy Van Linthout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Bruly from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefan Boegaerts got free with Willy Van Linthout in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Willy Van Linthout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Boegaerts in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Gino Mampaerts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Rõõm took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ignace Himschoot. FC Rising Stars's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Michael Koppen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Willy Van Linthout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st match minute, Bruly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Knudsen to maneuver through the defense. FC Rising Stars's Ignace Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Skoroda in the 46th minute of play. Ignace Himschoot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jullian Vranx's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Boegaerts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, FC Rising Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes De Mare to maneuver through the defense. Jullian Vranx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Ignace Himschoot made a huge save. Ignace Himschoot had great luck who in the 57thth minute grab hold of the ball when Jullian Vranx from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The audience was convinced that Jullian Vranx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignace Himschoot was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the match, FC Rising Stars's goalkeeper Ignace Himschoot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brend Schrevens. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignace Himschoot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the match, FC Rising Stars's Stefan Boegaerts sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willy Van Linthout narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to FC Rising Stars getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Stefan Boegaerts hit a great ball. Ignace Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolek Skoroda in the 83rd minute of the match. After 86 minutes of play, Bruly's Luckas Cromefeldt made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ignace Himschoot was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Rising Stars's Ignace Himschoot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save FC Rising Stars from getting a goal against them. If Brend Schrevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruly played a much better game than FC Rising Stars and deserved their victory. The FC Rising Stars players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
