Jeremey Van den Gans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toon Teunens in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Ulan Bator Football Club got a corner. SVL Storm 05's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ndingi Mwana'a Tchokhonelidze ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Jan-Pieter Van Cauwenbergh at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of SVL Storm 05. 1-0. After 19 played minutes Ulan Bator Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Felix Gysemans. In the 24th minute Kieth Hacke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremey Van den Gans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Toon Teunens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jeremey Van den Gans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Toon Teunenss short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Jeremey Van den Gans to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. SVL Storm 05's Jeremey Van den Gans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toon Teunens in the 38th minute of play. Waut Huyberechts hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Kieth Hacke struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Jeremey Van den Gans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ulan Bator Football Club. In the 47th minute Kieth Hacke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremey Van den Gans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Ulan Bator Football Club's goalkeeper Ball Packert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renaud Van Arschot. SVL Storm 05's Jeremey Van den Gans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattheo Smeulders in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Felix Gysemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ball Packert had great luck who in the 57thth minute grab hold of the ball when Renaud Van Arschot from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renaud Van Arschot got free with Ball Packert in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute, Kieth Hacke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ulan Bator Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toon Teunens in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremey Van den Gans saved SVL Storm 05 from getting behind. Jeremey Van den Gans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattheo Smeulders in the 71st minute of play. Toon Teunens took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremey Van den Gans. Jeremey Van den Gans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Ulan Bator Football Club made a substitution. Stephan Spoelberghe replaced Dany-Adams Van Deyck. Mattheo Smeulders fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremey Van den Gans having to interfere. Ball Packert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Vrolijcx, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 87th minute of the match Stephan Spoelberghe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jeremey Van den Gans showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ulan Bator Football Club's Ros Vos de Vos was substituted for Toon Teunens. In the 95th minute of the match Ulan Bator Football Club got a corner. SVL Storm 05's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After taking down the ball on Ulan Bator Football Club's corner Ndingi Mwana'a Tchokhonelidze fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeremey Van den Gans quite easily take care of the ball. Many of SVL Storm 05's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. SVL Storm 05 may have spent more time on the ball, but Ulan Bator Football Club were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
