An unexpectedly hard shot by Servando Dorado in the 10th minute of play forced Wesselbend's goalkeeper Janes Buelens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Dirk Damman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Wesselbend's Janes Buelens. Janes Buelens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dirk Damman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Janes Buelens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Alpina FC's goalkeeper Didier Schollens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viktoras Chronopoulos. In the 23rd minute Dirk Damman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janes Buelens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Servando Dorado made a precise shot to the right of Janes Buelens. Wesselbend's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Viktoras Chronopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Servando Dorado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Janes Buelens was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Janes Buelens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 69 minutes, Servando Dorado made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Wesselbend's Janes Buelens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wesselbend's Janes Buelens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servando Dorado in the 72nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Servando Dorado put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Janes Buelens. After a defensive mix-up in Wesselbend's zone, Servando Dorado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janes Buelens came out of the goal and Servando Dorado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Servando Dorado put it in 0-12 from a short distance just to the right of Janes Buelens. In the 96th minute Servando Dorado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janes Buelens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Servando Dorado in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Janes Buelens saved Wesselbend from getting behind. Alpina FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
