Gabriel Wenderix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jorge Caetano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Avellaneda in the 17th minute of play forced Zero Gravity's goalkeeper Jorge Caetano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of KAA Kapelle booed when Zero Gravity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joonatan Dejardin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jannes Kerselaers came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Zero Gravity's Filiberto Bernebe. But to his dismay, Filiberto Bernebe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, KAA Kapelle's goal looked a bit too open when Robbin De Ruyter came free, but Jannes Kerselaers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KAA Kapelle were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Zero Gravity's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andreas Kersten took the corner. The corner led KAA Kapelle's Andreas Kersten to fire away a dangerous shot which Jorge Caetano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Prospero Avellaneda came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the KAA Kapelle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Avellaneda couldn't finish the play. Zero Gravity's Joonatan Dejardin got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Klas Möller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Jacobus Sommers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannes Kerselaers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a rather tough play, Zero Gravity's Robbin De Ruyter got a free kick in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, KAA Kapelle's goalkeeper Jannes Kerselaers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robbin De Ruyter. Jorge Caetano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Avellaneda in the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, KAA Kapelle's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Bernebe came free, but Jannes Kerselaers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match KAA Kapelle got a corner. Zero Gravity's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andreas Kersten ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Albert Stocks heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jannes Kerselaers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Bernebe in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Avellaneda in the 81st minute of play forced Zero Gravity's goalkeeper Jorge Caetano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Robbin De Ruyter put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jannes Kerselaers. Prospero Avellaneda hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Zero Gravity's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
