Gust Van Dijck charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gust Van Dijck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes SK Mons got a freekick which was hit by Gust Van Dijck. Lander Goddez kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Lenny De Martelaere was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. fc eendenpad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Mons the free kick. Lenny De Martelaere hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Trevor Eubank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Connor Osmond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitri Fouquet, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of SK Mons booed when fc eendenpad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charalambos Drakos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chen Hai Zhi kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, fc eendenpad's Bart Vrints dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 32 played minutes SK Mons got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Czapski. A collision led to fc eendenpad getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Kristiaan De Vleeschauwere hit a great ball. Bogumil Czapski kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trevor Eubank in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Boegaerts saved fc eendenpad from getting behind. The fc eendenpad players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SK Mons were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Steven Puttemans made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, SK Mons's Andreas Boegaerts threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Steven Puttemans, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to SK Mons getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Yanniek Verhaert hit a great ball. Andreas Boegaerts made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Trevor Eubank sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, SK Mons's Bogumil Czapski got a free kick in the 61st minute. Bogumil Czapski kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a little luck, fc eendenpad's Andreas Boegaerts got control of the ball when Leif Olofsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st minute, Dimitri Fouquet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimitri Fouquet scored 2-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Connor Osmond, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Steven Puttemans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Boegaerts. fc eendenpad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steven Puttemans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Connor Osmond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitri Fouquet in the 87th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes SK Mons got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Czapski. SK Mons's Connor Osmond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bart Vrints in the 90th minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game Steven Puttemans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but fc eendenpad's Andreas Boegaerts was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charalambos Drakos kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SK Mons eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
