Barnaba Bara took the corner. The corner ended in Dedé Barral almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but zvc fizikboys's Robrecht Scheppers did a great save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens Postens to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Robrecht Scheppers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, zvc fizikboys's Ludo Tieleman got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 57 minutes into the match, fc eendenpad's goal looked a bit too open when Etienne Dujardin came free, but Andreas Boegaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. zvc fizikboys's Robrecht Scheppers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save zvc fizikboys from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd match minute, fc eendenpad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitri Fouquet to maneuver through the defense. Andreas Boegaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Tobbackers in the 95th minute of the match. zvc fizikboys were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
