The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Terry Bauweleers was the one to do the kick off. Bram Neys was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Avelgem ad. Schelde's Felix Allaert was substituted for Robbe Stroobans. Avelgem ad. Schelde's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
