After a rather tough play, FC Schnauzers's Achilles Waron got a free kick in the 14th minute. Lennert Wuets might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laurence Geeraerts. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lennert Wuets ran back to his position shaking his head. Jannis Roeland made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Levi Mertens sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Bouillon's goalkeeper Jannis Roeland had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Levi Mertens. After a rather tough play, Bouillon's Lennert Wuets got a free kick in the 25th minute. Levi Mertens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jannis Roeland made a huge save. Fadıl Balaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Laurence Geeraerts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fadıl Balaban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurence Geeraerts having to interfere. With his leg Jannis Roeland managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when FC Schnauzers's Levi Mertens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Raymond Sevenans hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bouillon's zone, Siebe Naets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jannis Roeland came out of the goal and Siebe Naets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jannis Roeland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Siebe Naets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fadıl Balaban struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Laurence Geeraerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bouillon.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Siebe Naets was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bert Hollants in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Schnauzers's goalkeeper Laurence Geeraerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raf Van de Schrieck hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Marten Van den Berghe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bouillon's Jannis Roeland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levi Mertens in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute FC Schnauzers were awarded a corner. Raf Van de Schrieck went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to FC Schnauzers's Marten Van den Berghe getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jannis Roeland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siebe Naets in the 66th minute of play. Joe Degens hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bouillon's zone, Levi Mertens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jannis Roeland came out of the goal and Levi Mertens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, FC Schnauzers's Achilles Waron got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 71 minutes, Karl-Magnus Bammerman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Schnauzers and the Bouillon players grew even worse after the yellow card. 74 minutes into the match, Bouillon's goal looked a bit too open when Siebe Naets came free, but Jannis Roeland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Siebe Naets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannis Roeland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jannis Roeland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siebe Naets, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, FC Schnauzers's goal looked a bit too open when Lennert Wuets came free, but Laurence Geeraerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nick Van Havent got free with Laurence Geeraerts in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the game, Bert Hollants was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bouillon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Schnauzers the free kick. Bert Hollants kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Schnauzers fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bouillon had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
