The supporters of De Salonsupporters booed when R.C.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiel Spoelberghe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 played minutes De Salonsupporters got a freekick which was hit by Gery de Pelsmaeker. In the 69th minute, Chus Avilés made a precise shot to the right of Bram Neys. De Salonsupporters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. De Salonsupporters's Bram Neys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiel Spoelberghe in the 74th minute of play. R.C.A's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
