Alonzo Peruxu started the match with the kick off. Joannes Antheunis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Peruxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute Alonzo Peruxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joannes Antheunis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Raimundo Abalos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PELT VV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Abalos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Racing Matinette booed when PELT VV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ken Postens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cedrik De Muysere's late challenge caught a Racing Matinette's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cedrik De Muysere helped the player get up and apologised. Cedrik De Muysere kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Marquinhos Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PELT VV's Joannes Antheunis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Peruxu in the 18th minute of play. Racing Matinette were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after PELT VV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Qu Hong Liang took the corner. The corner ended in Qu Hong Liang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PELT VV's Joannes Antheunis did a great save. When Racing Matinette's Alonzo Peruxu in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PELT VV's goalie prevented a goal. After 28 played minutes Racing Matinette got a freekick which was hit by Yu Le Xi. Casper Jans made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Cedrik De Muysere sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, PELT VV's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Peruxu came free, but Joannes Antheunis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Peruxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alonzo Peruxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Alonzo Peruxu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joannes Antheunis was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cedrik De Muysere was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alonzo Peruxu in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joannes Antheunis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alonzo Peruxus short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Joannes Antheunis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joannes Antheunis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Racing Matinette's Alonzo Peruxu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Joannes Antheunis made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Marquinhos Munhoz sent off a good shot on target. 61 minutes into the game, Marquinhos Munhoz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Matinette's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PELT VV the free kick. The supporters of PELT VV booed when Racing Matinette was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos Munhoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonzo Peruxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Racing Matinette getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Marquinhos Munhoz hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonzo Peruxu got free with Joannes Antheunis in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Alonzo Peruxu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joannes Antheunis, 0-3. Alonzo Peruxu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Joannes Antheunis made a huge save. In the 78th match minute, PELT VV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phillipe Demarrez to maneuver through the defense. If Alonzo Peruxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Marquinhos Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Matinette's supporters rose to their feet, but Marquinhos Munhoz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joannes Antheunis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joannes Antheunis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alonzo Peruxu's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by PELT VV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Qu Hong Liang was slow to take the kick. During this time Racing Matinette's players had a chance to rest. Joannes Antheunis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alan Creemers's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Alonzo Peruxu put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Joannes Antheunis. In the 96th minute Alonzo Peruxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joannes Antheunis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Racing Matinette could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PELT VV throughout the match.
