Spectators: 8464 (Terracing: 6349, Seating: 1946, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Octaaf Nijs took the kick off in the first half of the match. Andreas Frans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermín Durango in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute Etienne Van Achteren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Van Gorp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Wils FC's Harald De Messemaeckre got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 14 played minutes Wils FC got a freekick which was hit by Geoffrey Cappels. In the 16th minute of the match Matthy Verduijn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andreas Frans showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Etienne Van Achteren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andreas Frans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bavo Landewijck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bavo Landewijck scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Frans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Octaaf Nijs struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Andreas Frans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda. Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's Ray Van Gorp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda from getting a goal against them. Andreas Frans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octaaf Nijs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Wils FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Geoffrey Cappels hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Soren Vloebergh sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andreas Frans skillfully saved the ball. Harald De Messemaeckre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ray Van Gorp made a huge save. 37 minutes into the match, Harald De Messemaeckre notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's Ray Van Gorp. Ray Van Gorp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andreas Frans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octaaf Nijs in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Edwin Koppen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Van Dijck came free, but Ray Van Gorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bavo Landewijck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edwin Koppen to strike the kick off in the second half. Ray Van Gorp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald De Messemaeckre in the 52nd minute of the match. Bronislovas Ačas hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Wils FC's Etienne Van Achteren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Wils FC's Edwin Koppen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ray Van Gorp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda made a substitution. Nils Schol replaced Octaaf Nijs. Ray Van Gorp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Koppen in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's Ewout Loremans got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute, Edwin Koppen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ray Van Gorp was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. 76 minutes into the match, Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's goal looked a bit too open when Etienne Van Achteren came free, but Ray Van Gorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Etienne Van Achteren was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 83rd minute, Thibaud Verhulst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Etienne Van Achteren in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ray Van Gorp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ray Van Gorp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Etienne Van Achteren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Frans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils Schol in the 88th minute. Ray Van Gorp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Real F.C. Ciudad-Ganda's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
